National Nationwide Camp Outing for Digital Skills Training and Leadership Programme

A nationwide camp outing will be conducted this Saturday across NYSC Orientation Camps in Nigeria, focusing on strengthening digital competence and leadership capacity among Corps Members.

The programme features a Digital Skills Training and a Leadership Development Session aimed at preparing young educators and leaders for the evolving role of artificial intelligence in education.

The Digital Skills Training will address the topic:
“Raising a New Generation of AI-Empowered Educators.”
This session is designed to introduce Corps Members to foundational AI concepts, practical digital tools, and responsible technology adoption for educational and community impact.

The Leadership Programme will take the form of a structured debate on the theme:
“AI-Empowered Educators and Education in Nigeria: A Unique Call to Leadership for Corps Members to Drive Inclusive AI Literacy.”
The debate will encourage critical thinking, policy awareness, and leadership responsibility in advancing inclusive and ethical AI education across Nigeria.

This nationwide initiative underscores the importance of empowering Corps Members as change agents capable of driving innovation, inclusivity, and digital literacy within Nigeria’s education ecosystem.
