About Programme

Welcome to the Skilling Adolescent Young Women for Employability and Entrepreneurship (SAY-WEE) Program – a targeted initiative committed to unlocking the potential of adolescent young women across Nigeria. In partnership with MindtheGap, we are dedicated to equipping secondary school students in Kano and Lagos with the essential employability skills needed to thrive in the professional world or confidently pursue their entrepreneurial dreams.

We believe that investing in young women’s capabilities today lays the foundation for a more equitable, innovative, and prosperous future for Nigeria.

Shaping Futures in Kano and Lagos

Through our partnership with MindtheGap, the SAY-WEE program is meticulously rolled out in selected secondary schools across Kano and Lagos. These urban centers serve as vital hubs for our focused intervention, allowing us to reach a significant number of adolescent young women and contribute to local economic growth.
