With over 19 years of experience spanning Human Resources, Software Development, Sustainable Development, Public Policy, Advocacy, and Corporate Social Investment across Consulting, Banking, IT, and Public Sectors, Tayo is a multifaceted leader.
Tayo aims to empower 5 million active youth economic agents by 2030. He believes in collaboration's power for socioeconomic, political, and environmental change.
Through Digital Technology, Tayo is supporting the Nigerian Government's efforts to aggregate solutions for Job Creation, Youth, and National Development via the Nigeria Online Youth Assembly.

A dynamic accounting graduate from Olabisi Onabanjo University and a part-qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. With over 13 years of experience in administration and operations management, she has furthered her knowledge through courses at the Metropolitan School of Business and Management in the UK and is trained in Operations Management. Currently, she holds the position of Head of Operations at MindTheGap.

With over seven years of project, digital and social media management experience, Remi has led campaigns for Google Digital Skills and other several brands. Skilled in creating tailored content for diverse audiences, she managed project like the CS First, Developers Student Club, as well as the UI/UX and software development at Digital Republic NG. At Sponge Limited, Remi engaged with multinational brands, monitored online conversations, and provided audience insights.

Dynamic Materials Science and Engineering graduate with a proven record in managing high-impact national digital skills and business development programs in Nigeria. I've led training teams for Zenith Bank and coordinated the NITDA Digital Economy Employability Programme. My efforts include mobilizing over 1,000 businesses for the Hustle Academy and expanding the NYSC-Digital Onboarder CDS Group. Crucially, I directed a team that profiled over 14,500 verified businesses on Google, showcasing my ability to deliver substantial, measurable results in national initiatives.
