Key Responsibilities

Support project planning, coordination, and reporting for internal and client-facing projects.
Help manage project documentation, task boards, and reporting tools (e.g., Trello, Google Workspace, Jira, etc.).
Ensure timely updates to project trackers, reports, and team schedules.
Provide technical and administrative support to project managers and technical teams.
Support data entry, analysis, and process documentation related to ongoing IT projects.
Help troubleshoot minor hardware, software, and connectivity issues under supervision.
Coordinate online and offline meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and share follow-up actions.
Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and automation within projects.
Participate in training sessions, workshops, and development programs within Bincom Dev Center.
Qualifications & Requirements

Interest or background in Technology, Administration, or related disciplines.
Strong interest in project management, IT operations, or technical coordination.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Basic understanding of office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-driven, eager to learn, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Suitable for students seeking industrial attachment (SIWES/IT), fresh graduates, or NYSC Corp Members.
