This will cover business and commercial fundamentals, leadership, analytical thinking and problem-solving, communication, and how the CapitalSage group works.Core gate: In week three, the company confirms your business stream. It bases that decision on your stated preference, your performance and what the businesses need.Placement: After the Foundation Block, candidates will move into one of the company’s businesses to work on real-time projects while being supervised, mentored and coached for the rest of the programme.Completion: After completing the twelve (12) months training, top-performing SafeForge associates (candidates) may be offered opportunities within the company.”
